Leadership and Management Advisory Service - New for 2011/12

Companies in the South East and South West with between 2 and 250 employees can apply for funding to develop their organisations people management skills and support their most important asset

Available to eligible companies in the South East and South West Regions:

  • with 2 to 250 full time equivalent employees
  • display the potential for high or fast growth, defined as;
    • if trading for more than 12 months have the potential to increase turnover and/or number of employees by 20% each year for three years (or 60% at the end of 3 years)
    • if trading for less than 12 months have the potential to achieve a turnover of £500,000 within three years of trading
    • Social Enterprise, have the potential to increase turnover and/or number of staff by 10% in each of the next 3 years. (or 30% at the end of 3 years)

A qualified and experienced Leadership and Management Adviser will help you identify your own personal training and development requirements and offer a choice of flexible, tailored learning solutions to suit your individual and business needs.

Up to £1000 Leadership and Management matched funding can be put towards one or a combination of training solutions. For example, 50% of the cost of your training up to a maximum of £1000 which can be used for:

  • Workshops
  • Online training
  • Training programmes
  • Tailored training options
  • Peer learning
  • Higher Education qualifications
